Cardio Tennis is a fun, social, group fitness program for people of all agesand abilities.

It’s more about getting a great, high-energy workout than pure tennis technique.

Constant movement is the focus! Fun and heart-pumping drills that cater toward all levels. Guaranteed to burn a lot of calories! It’s a great way to boost your fitness and lose weight.  

Minimum of 4 clinic sessions.  Lessons will have an objective a day (forehand, backhand,  volleys, serves, etc.)
